The Village at West Pointe is an approx. 3,200 acre prime mixed use tract located in the rapidly growing area of Northwest San Antonio’s Westplex. Infrastructure improvements around the Village at West Pointe are remarkable: Wiseman Boulevard extension, a major thoroughfare, was extended through West Pointe in 2006 from Loop 1604 to Talley Rd; Loop 1604 is nearly completed into a four lane highway from Culebra Rd. to Hwy 90; nearby Hwy 151 freeway from Hwy 90 to Loop 1604 was recently completed. This improved network of roads is creating unparalleled access to all parts of the city.
